Lisa graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in English Literature and has worked in the legal industry for more than a decade. Drawing on her experience as both a paralegal and operations professional, she oversees the firm's human resources, business operations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring Bellator continues to deliver exceptional service to both clients and employees.

Lisa has a passion for people, community building and creating organizational systems. She is adept at streamlining procedures for efficiency, business development, building successful teams and effective communication. Lisa is a member of local Legal Operations San Diego group. She also has the cleanest desk in the office.

As a strong believer in company culture, Lisa always looks to improve on the standard and believes in creating law firms with inviting and goal-oriented office cultures.
